These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReceiptSavior mobile app and website at
receiptsavior.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by
Innovative AI Apps LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
2. Accounts
- You may sign in using supported authentication providers (currently Sign in with Apple and Google).
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.
- You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@trackhsaapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Service Description
ReceiptSavior helps users scan receipts, automatically detect line items, assign items to participants, calculate tax and tip splits, and generate shareable bill summaries. Your receipt data is stored in the cloud via Supabase, enabling multi-device sync across all your devices.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- ReceiptSavior offers a free tier and a Premium subscription billed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
- Subscription pricing and plan benefits are shown in-app and may change over time with notice.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store Terms.
5. AI and Feature Access
- Some features rely on third-party AI (OpenAI) and may have usage limits depending on your plan.
- AI outputs are estimates and may contain errors. You are responsible for final verification of all receipt scans, line-item assignments, and split calculations before sharing with others.
- ReceiptSavior is a convenience tool for organizing and splitting bills. Always review calculations for accuracy before making payments.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service or its underlying systems.
- Automate or overload AI endpoints in ways that impact service reliability or cost controls.
- Upload malicious, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content, software, branding, and design are owned by Innovative AI Apps LLC and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE PERFORMANCE, OR PERFECT ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR SPLIT CALCULATIONS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVATIVE AI APPS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT RECEIPT SAVIOR IS A CONVENIENCE TOOL AND THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL CALCULATIONS AND PAYMENT AMOUNTS.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the App or via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
